Consumer Cellular recently launched a promotion offering new customers up to 3 lines of free service for their first month. The offer is good for any Consumer Cellular phone plan.

Consumer Cellular's Free Month Offer Details And Fine Print
Although the offer is for new customers only, current customers that add new lines of service during the promotional period will receive a credit of $15 per line for one month. The new customer and current customer promotional offers are scheduled to be available until September 30, 2020.
New customers can take advantage of the free month deal by subscribing to any Consumer Cellular phone plan including their most expensive unlimited plan. Consumer Cellular's most expensive plan is priced at $60/month for a single line, $75 for two lines, and $90 for 3 lines. It includes unlimited talk, text, and shared data. The high-speed shared data allotment is 35GB. After subscribers consume that amount in a billing cycle, data speeds get reduced for the remainder of the month.
The free month offer covers the costs of the subscriber's monthly service plan and additional line access fees. It does not cover any additional costs such as equipment purchases, extended warranties, 411 charges, international calling, or any surcharges, taxes, or fees. It also does not cover the costs of additional add-on high-speed data if a subscriber consumes more than 35GB of data in a billing cycle and would like to add more. Potential customers should be aware that whichever Consumer Cellular plan they sign up for, if it does not include unlimited talk, text, or data, they will automatically be upgraded to the next higher-tiered and more expensive wireless plan if they go over any of their service allotments.
