ATT has silently introduced a new prepaid GoPhone plan at a cost of $45. The plan includes unlimited talk, text and data although data is throttled to 128Kbps once you surpass the 1 GB of 4G LTE that you are allotted. Also included is unlimited texting to over 100 countries. An additional 500 mb of LTE data can be added on to the plan at a cost of $10. This plan doesn't appear to be much of a bargain considering that you can also sign up for ATT's other prepaid service Cricket wireless for the same price with auto pay. That plan includes 3 GB of LTE data with unlimited talk and text although download speeds are limited to 8 Mbps. Furthermore, Cricket is offering a $100 bill credit if you switch over from MetroPCS, Sprint, Boost Mobile, or T-Mobile.
