Twigby is an MVNO that primarily provides talk, text and data service on the Sprint network with talk and text roaming on Verizon’s network.
Twigby customers get to custom build their own phone plans to help them save money on their phone bills. Plans are available online exclusively through the Twigby website and start at just $9/month. Plans come with international calling and texting at no extra charge. International calling is available to the following locations: Australia, Bermuda, Canada, China, Colombia, Denmark, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Malaysia, Mariana Islands, Mexico, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom.
Subscribers are able to upgrade their plans at anytime during their billing cycle.
There are no activation fees upon signing up with the Sprint MVNO, however Twigby does charge standard federal wireless taxes and fees as well as sales tax. Taxes will of course vary based on your location.

I’ve used Twigby now for four or five months. I think it’s been perfect service. I’ve had no outages, no issues at all. The online chat customer service has always responded quickly and well. I love it.

Twigby is an awful cell phone service with terrible customer service.
Lost Sprint service twice in the last 9 months. First time was for 3 days, and last time was for 5 days. Twigby was totally useless. Their chat is useless. It’s only available during short business hours and their staff is just stupid. This was a area wide outage and they had nothing to say. There is NO phone number. There is email and they did respond in 24 hours, however they didn’t even address the situation of being down for (at the time) 3 days. After 5 days of zero service, I canceled the service. THEY COULDN’T HAVE CARED LESS. Plans/Price gets and A, service gets a D, and support gets an F.

If there’s already a Sprint SIM in the phone or one on hand to use it should work fine. If not, you need a SIM.

That generally means doing it 24-7. That’s pretty standard in the terms of any wireless provider, particularly MVNO and prepaid.
