Twigby is an MVNO that primarily provides talk, text and data service on the Sprint network with talk and text roaming on Verizon’s network.

Twigby customers get to custom build their own phone plans to help them save money on their phone bills.  Plans are available online exclusively through the Twigby website and start at just $9/month.

Subscribers are able to upgrade their plans at anytime during their billing cycle.

There are no activation fees upon signing up with the Sprint MVNO, however Twigby does charge standard federal wireless taxes and fees as well as sales tax.  Taxes will of course vary based on your location.

Those who have their own out of contract Sprint compatible devices can readily port them over to Twigby for use.  Twigby also sells  a variety of phones through its website for those who need one.  Devices ship with free express shipping. Customer support is provided exclusively through an online chat system, and is USA based.
