Cricket Wireless is offering a $100 account credit if you port in a number and switch to their service from select providers. To qualify for this offer you must port in a
number from either Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, Sprint, Virgin Mobile, Cincinnati Bell or MetroPCS. Why this ATT MVNO is limiting the promotion to customers from a few select providers is unknown and a bit odd to me. Nevertheless, you'll also need to activate your new line of service on a Basic, Smart or Pro Rate plan as shown below to qualify. This limited time promotion expires at the end of the year on 12/31/2014. Credit's are limited to one $100 credit per line of qualifying service. Account must be active and not suspended on qualifying rate plan to receive credit, and your account will be credited within the last 5 days of your first month's billing cycle. If you are considering making the switch, bear in mind your 4 G LTE download speed will be throttled to a max of 8 Mbps, which should still be plenty fast for most. HSPA+ speeds are throttled to 4 Mbps.
