Today, Boost Mobile has announced what it has termed "Growing Data." Growing Data applies to all of Boost Mobile's plans which start at $30/month. ((with autopay enabled)) With Growing Data Customers are eligible to earn up to 3 GB of free 4G LTE data per month. The way this works is that every third on time payment will earn the customer an additional 500 MB of high speed data, for a total of 3 GB of data after 18 on time payments. If a customer makes more than 18 on-time payments, those subscribed to the $35 plan ($30 with autopay) will receive 5 GB total of high speed data per month (instead of 2 GB), and those on the $45 plan will receive 8 GB of high speed data per month as opposed to the 5 GB of data the plan normally comes with. Below is a table showing the amount of data that can be earned and added to each plan after successive on time payments.
How Boost Mobile's Growing Data Works
Make enough consecutive on time payments and Boost Mobile will reward you with more data.

- $35 plan, ($30 with autopay) grows up to 5 GB of monthly data

Unfortunately, if a customer downgrades their plan, their accumulated data will be wiped out, and they'll have to start all over with on time payments. Those customers upgrading their plan to a more expensive tier will get to keep their accumulated data.
Boost Mobile Unlimited Data
In addition to rewarding customers with more data for making on time payments, Boost Mobile has also announced a new unlimited data plan. The unlimited data plan will cost $60/month and as the name implies, it includes unlimited talk, text and 3G/4G LTE data. Boost Mobile's parent company, Sprint, recently announced a price hike to its $60 unlimited data plan increasing the cost to $70/month, so this new Boost Mobile plan essentially offers one of Sprints prepaid arms an entry point for unlimited data.
