Boost Mobile has launched another $5 phone plan offer. This latest one gets new customers 10GB of high-speed data with unlimited talk and text for $5 flat, for one month. The offer includes a free SIM card kit with free two-day shipping. This is an online exclusive deal.

This deal gives new customers 85% off the plan's regular rate of $35/month. After one month, subscribers will pay the plan's regular rate.

This is a hard-capped data plan, once a customer runs out of data, that's it for the month unless they add a top-up. One time data top-ups are priced at a rate of $5/GB. The plan does allow you to use all of the data for mobile hotspot.

A marketing agency for Boost Mobile informed BestMVNO that the plan works on the Expanded Data Network. However, the details page for this offer does not specify what network the plan uses. Instead, it simply states that Boost Mobile uses America's largest 5G networks.

Boost Mobile does use the AT&T and T-Mobile networks for coverage. The provider uses the terms "Expanded Data Network" to denote plans that use the T-Mobile network and "Transformed Network" for plans on the AT&T network.

In order for the plan to work properly on iPhones, customers will need to have their devices on iOS 15.2 or higher.

Boost Mobile has been pushing $5 wireless service offers for several months now. Back in June, BestMVNO reported that Boost was running an offer of $5/month for 3-months with 5GB of monthly data. That offer is still available, and in fact, it has also made its way into many other outlets. The deal can now be found at Walmart both online and in stores. It can also be found online at Amazon and online and possibly in stores at Best Buy, and Target.
