Ting Mobile has launched a new promotion. New customers activating on Ting's Set 5 plan will receive a $5/month discount on the plan for 6-months. That's a total of $30 in savings. The plan regularly costs $25/month and includes unlimited everything with the first 5GB of data each month available at high speeds before throttling to 2G data speeds. Mobile hotspot is also included with the plan and draws from the plan's high-speed data allotment. Data top-ups are available priced at $5 per GB. The plan also includes 100MB of domestic roaming data. Taxes and fees cost extra.

Ting is an MVNO that uses the T-Mobile network and Verizon network for coverage. Data access is over 4G LTE and 5G where available (5G may be T-Mobile only) and with a 5G capable device.

This offer is scheduled to be available until April 30th, 2021, at 11:59 PM EST (update: the plan promo has been extended until May 9). It is only available to new customers who created their accounts on or after January 16th, 2021. Only one offer can be claimed per account, and the credit is applied to the first line. Credits will start with the first month's bill. Customers that signup and then switch to a different plan before the 6-months is up will forfeit their remaining credits. The offer should be stackable with BestMVNO's affiliate link, which gets new customers an additional $25 account credit. If you click through the link you should see an offer on the top of Ting's website for the additional $25 account credit.
