It looks like TPO Mobile wants to promote their plans the same way that RingPlus used to, and like how SpeedTalk Mobile most recently did. Both TPO Mobile and SpeedTalk Mobile are now offering limited time promotional plans that will only be available for a few days. The plan that stands out the most for me is one from SpeedTalk Mobile which includes unlimited talk and text, and 1 GB of 4G LTE data using Verizon's network for $19.99/month. You can see how much of a deal the plan is compared to other MVNO's that operate on Verizon's network by checking out this list of Verizon MVNO's.
RingPlus sent out the following email to forum members, describing the promotions:
We would like to inform you about the next promos offered on social.ringplus.net on different networks including both CDMA networks in the US, and the T-mo network
TPO and SpeedTalk Mobile are currently offering exclusive promotions for our community. No need to sign up for the RingPlus forum to get these deals . . . just follow the links provided.

Both plans have a usage safety cap so you won’t run into overage charges. If you choose to have more talk or text, simply recharge your plan online to restart the 30-day clock and replenish your allotments. Upgrades to other plans with data allotments can also be recharged at any time (during or at the end of your billing cycle).
For just $5/mo., you can choose to turn off auto renewal if you wish to take a break. This is a great feature for more expensive high allotment plans, like the currently featured plans at https://store.tpo.com/plans.

SpeedTalk, TPO and RingPlus are independent companies. All Services and products offered are under the rules and regulations of each specific carrier.
Both tend to offer overpriced low volume plans at RingPlus although they occasionally offer very small plans for $2.99/30-day plan. Some of their unlimited talk and text plans have been low enough to give other MVNOs and major carriers a run for your money. If I needed unlimited talk and text, I would go with whichever offered a promo when I had the money to sign up for it.
For the low volume user, I would steer clear of TPO and SpeedTalk and look at one of the companies like Tello, CellNUVO, etc. that offer PAYG plans that don’t expire. One of our group uses TracFone with triple talk/text/data for their PAYG which works out great since each renewal adds three months before the unused talk/text/data expires. They are mid-2018 before they have to worry about the unused portions expiring and will probably renew again a few times before then. For unlimited talk and text, I would wait for a good promo at either TPO or SpeedTalk if you have a phone that will work on whichever one you switch to.
TPO doesn’t seem to like unlimited 2G anymore. Regrettable. MintSIM it is for the time being, then.
