RedPocket Mobile today launched the first of two Memorial Day promotions, starting with a $150 instant discount on select iPhone bundles before following that up next week with a deal for 50% off of their annual Essentials plan.

The first offer is available through May 24, 2026. Customers who buy an in-stock iPhone 15, iPhone 16, or iPhone 16e with RedPocket’s Annual Plus plan can get $150 off instantly at checkout. RedPocket says the discount does not require a port-in, rebate submission, or waiting period. The company says the offer is limited to just 115 total units for sale across eligible iPhone models.

The Annual Plus plan is priced at $200 for the year. RedPocket’s annual-plan page lists the Plus plan as including unlimited talk and text with 20GB of high-speed data before speeds are reduced to 2G data speeds. The plan also includes Global Passport international roaming, with 100 minutes, 100 texts, and 1GB of roaming data per billing cycle to use in over 60 supported countries.

$60 Annual Essentials Plan Promo

The second promotion starts on Memorial Day, May 25, and runs through May 31, 2026. During that window, RedPocket will sell its Annual Essentials plan for $60 for the year, or the equivalent of $5/month. The plan is normally $120/year, with a current new customer price of $100/year.

The Essentials plan is built for lighter data users and includes unlimited talk and text with 3GB of high-speed data before speeds are throttled. Like the Plus plan, Essentials also includes Global Passport international roaming with 100 minutes, 100 texts, and 1GB of roaming data per billing cycle in 60+ countries.

RedPocket Mobile operates as an independent MVNO and offers service across the AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon networks.

Editor’s Take

RedPocket’s Memorial Day promotions are not flashy in the same way as a “free phone” offer from a major carrier. These are straightforward prepaid-style offers: pay upfront, get the discount immediately, and avoid a multi-year device financing arrangement. However, Red Pocket's offer does still require a customer commitment. To get these prices, customers have to prepay for a full year of service. If they leave before the year is up, they do not get the unused months refunded. That gives the offer its own version of lock-in. It is not a 36-month device agreement, but it still makes switching less appealing once the customer has already paid their bill.

The $60 Annual Essentials plan is perhaps the stronger offer, but only for the right customer. A 3GB plan is not a fit for heavy streamers, hotspot users, or anyone who treats mobile data like home internet. But for light users, kids, seniors, backup phones, or people who are almost always on Wi-Fi, $60 for a full year of service with international roaming and unlimited talk and text is a good deal.
