Cyber Monday is here and Cricket Wireless has some new deals out. The AT&T owned prepaid brand wants you to "save big on the Samsung Galaxy S10 and A10e." The firm Wave7 Research recently reported to its subscribers that Cricket's lead offers are for the Samsung Galaxy S10 priced at $399.99 and the Samsung A10e priced at $9.99 for new subscribers. There are some free phone offers available as well.
Cricket Wireless Samsung Galaxy S10 For $399.99 Offer Fine Print
The Samsung Galaxy S10 is regularly priced at $699.99.
This offer will be available until 1/9/20 and is an online-only deal for new customers. Current customers looking to upgrade their device, and customers wishing to port from AT&T or an AT&T MVNO are not eligible for the promotional pricing ( I tried to port from AT&T MVNO Good2Go Mobile for the offer and the discount was declined). Customers who were previously with Cricket Wireless within the past 90 days are also ineligible.
Those who do qualify for the discounted pricing must purchase the device and activate it on a Cricket Wireless unlimited plan priced $55 or higher. There is a limit of 2 devices allowed to be purchased per customer. Taxes cost extra. Customers unsatisfied with the device will have 7 days to return it and up to a $25 return fee may apply. There are only two Cricket Wireless plans that a customer can activate on to get this deal and they are as follows:
$55 Cricket Unlimited Core Plan
This plan has a base price of $55 but is $50/month if you enable auto-pay billing with it. Like all Cricket Wireless plans, taxes and fees are included in the price.
The plan comes with unlimited talk, text, and data with data speeds limited to a maximum of 3Mbps. During times of network congestion, subscribers may experience further reduced speeds. Video streams at 480p, and there is no mobile hotspot included. Customers do get free talk, text, and data roaming while traveling in either Canada or Mexico. There are multi-line discounts available priced as follows:
2 Lines - $80/mo ($30 discount)
3 Lines - $90/mo ($75 discount)
4 Lines - $100/mo ($120 discount)
5 Lines - $125/mo ($150 discount)
$60 Cricket Wireless Unlimited More Plan
The Unlimited More plan costs $60/month or $55 with autopay billing enabled. It includes all the same features as the Unlimited Core plan but with the following upgrades:
No data speed limits
15GB of mobile hotspot is included

3 Lines - $110/mo ($70 discount)

Cricket Wireless Samsung A10e Offer Fine Print
The Samsung A10e is regularly priced at $119.99.
This offer comes with the exact same fine print that the Galaxy S10 offer has, except customers must activate on a Cricket Wireless plan priced $30 or higher. Besides the unlimited plans described above, Cricket has two other plans that customers can subscribe to if they'd like to purchase the A10e for $9.99 and they are as follows:
$30 Starter Plan
This plan costs $30/month and no autopay discount is available. It includes unlimited talk, text, and data with the first 2GB of data each month at high speeds. Cricket Wireless considers high speed to be equal to 8Mbps download. Mobile hotspot is not included.
$40 Plan
This plan costs $40 but is $35 with autopay billing applied. It includes unlimited talk, text, and data with the first 5GB of data each month at high speeds. Mobile hotspot is prohibited. Multi-line discount pricing is available and described below:

3 Lines - $90/mo
4 Lines - $110/mo
5 Lines - $130/mo

Keep in mind that if you'd like to take advantage of any of Cricket's discounted or free phone offers, the phones will be locked to the Cricket Wireless network until they have been used on the network for at least 6-months. After 6-months of service, the devices can be unlocked for use on another network. After porting in and activating on the required plan to get a discount on a phone, customers are free to change to another plan the following month.
