You can get a data only sim from Tmobile prepaid now for $10. The prices are lower across the board.
Att has no clue about this unlimited data plan for $35. Is this fake news?

Selectel Wireless does not seem to have Data Only plans anymore. At least I could not find one on their website.

Project Fi isn’t only on the T-Mobile network. It also uses the Sprint network (AND US Cellular’s network). It connects to whichever towers it wants from those three carriers when in the U.S. (The 3rd, 4th, & 5th largest?)

You need to update, Karma now offers unlimited 4G LTE datta (speed capped at 5Mbps) for $50
