Have I lost it or Does Verizon Seriously offer and UNLIMITED Prepaid HotSpot Plan that offers the same Data “Prioritization Rules” that its Unlimited Go plan offers
You can get a data only sim from Tmobile prepaid now for $10. The prices are lower across the board.

The Google Fi data sim is only as an add on if you already have a voice/text plan with them.
Metro now has a whole slew of data only plans too.

I believe those are all old and discontinued MetroPCS plans that you are pointing to. The page uses old MetroPCS branding not Metro By T-Mobile. Also, the $35 Metro plan you point to shows 6GB. The plan comes with 10GB now as listed on the plans comparison page and shown on Metro’s main website. The T-Mobile plans are legit though, thanks for pointing them out.

No. The hotspot plan is an add-on to phone plans. You have to have a Metro phone plan to add the hotspot plan. It’s not standalone afaik.
Att has no clue about this unlimited data plan for $35. Is this fake news?
It’s printed right on their website located here Perhaps you’ll need to speak to another rep about it. It is called a DataConnect Pass plan.
It’s iPad only, $29.99 for autopay, $35 for 1 time. Truly unlimited data, but no tethering.
Where do you see it’s iPad only? It’s advertised for Tablets and in fact Samsung and many other brand tablets are listed in their list of supported devices.
Selectel Wireless does not seem to have Data Only plans anymore. At least I could not find one on their website.

Project Fi isn’t only on the T-Mobile network. It also uses the Sprint network (AND US Cellular’s network). It connects to whichever towers it wants from those three carriers when in the U.S. (The 3rd, 4th, & 5th largest?)
I believe that’s only in the case of phone service. Data only SIMs appear to be with T-Mobile only, according to their website. I’m not sure if it’s updated though.

My mistake. I have been tethering to Fi with a phone, instead of using the data-only. It’s costing too much though so I need to look at unlimited plans. (hello, best MVNO!)
I notice you list the Verizon Jetpack price for twice what I am paying though. I do prepaid $100 for each block of 10GB (and you have 60 days to use up the 10GB). I bought two blocks last month, but buying one every two months is a much better deal than the one you’ve listed. (comes out to $50 for 5GB instead of $60 for 3GB).
