The bundled deal also comes with a free car charger and a free phone case. If you have previously shopped at the HSN this bundle deal will cost you $69.99 down from its regular price of $109.99. Financing is also available, and customers can choose to spread out their payments over 3 months for $23.33/month with 0% interest.

Yes! At least in terms of the savings being offered vs buying each item individually and here is why.
Tracfone normally sells the LG Journey for $69.99. The annual plan that is bundled with the HSN offer normally goes for $125 or $118.75 with autopay billing enabled. So right off the bat, you can see that a savings of $138.74 is offered to new HSN customers purchasing this bundle deal vs buying each item individually direct from Tracfone. Current HSN customers who pick up the offer will still save $118.75 which means they will essentially get the service plan for free. The HSN does not list the value of the included car charger and case. My best guess is that combined these two items have a total value of about $10, so that's the additional savings included with this bundle offer.
According to at least one review, current Tracfone customers will be able to transfer their minutes to this phone if they choose to pick up the deal. This deal is for service on the Verizon network. Those who purchase the phone in hopes of taking it elsewhere will have to keep it on Tracfone for one year before it is eligible to be unlocked for use with another network.
HSN also has a few other similar bundle deals available. The Samsung Galaxy A10e with the same bundled plan and car charger is on sale now for $119.99, down from $159.99. The Doro Flip phone is available with a car charger and 1,200/min/text/data plan on sale for $49.99 down from $79.99.
