TPO Mobile has updated all of its cell phone plans as first noticed by a BestMVNO visitor today. The Sprint MVNO has scrapped all of its old plans and replaced them with completely different ones. Aside from new cell phone plans, The People's Operator has also added a new GSM network partner which appears to be T-Mobile based on the low pricing the MVNO is able to provide.
New TPO Mobile Plans, Pricing and Features
Updated: Sometime between April 5th 2016, and April 9th, TPO updated the terms on their website to read “high speed data per 30 day cycle. After alloted data amount, your data speed will be either turned off or reduced to as low as 64 Kbps for the remainder of the 30 day cycle.”
The terms previously stated "Data: High speed data per 30 day cycle. After allotted data amount, your data speed will be reduced to as low as 64 Kbps for the remainder of the 30-day cycle."
After speaking with the company I'm told none of their plans include unlimited but throttled data, this despite what it says and had said on their plan pages. A TPO subscriber commented here, that their data did in fact get shut off after 500 MB of usage.
All of TPO Mobile's new cell phone plans include unlimited data with throttling to 2G or as low as 64 kbps once the high speed allotment is used up for the given plan.
All plans but one include unlimited talk.

Analysis
Compared to their old plans, TPO Mobile's new cell phone plans are still competitively priced particularly if you enable auto pay in your account, and if you're in an area that doesn't have to pay any taxes. For $25 a month on T-Mobile or Sprint's network you can get unlimited talk, text and 2 GB of high speed data. You cannot get more for less on T-Mobile's network elsewhere as you can see for yourself in the cheapest cell phone plans of 2016 table. The only potentially better offering elsewhere for this plan if you are interested in Sprint's network is Ringplus which offers a plan for $19.99 that includes unlimited talk and text and 2 GB of data. That plan however, does not include MMS. or unlimited throttled data.

They cutoff my data after using 500mb. It is not unlimited and throttled like the site says.
Hello,
They seemed to have changed the language in their website and it is no longer clear cut. It says “high speed data per 30 day cycle. After alloted data amount, your data speed will be either turned off or reduced to as low as 64 Kbps for the remainder of the 30 day cycle.”
They make no mention of what plan gets what.
Previously their site read
“After alloted data amount, your data speed will be reduced to as low as 64Kbps for remainder of the 30-day cycle.”
I just called the company about this, but the response I was given also indicated to me that customer support may not be 100% clear on the issue. I will reach out via email and see what I hear back and update the article accordingly.
I have now had email correspondence with the company. It seems as if they are not even aware of the words used on their own website. Through email, a support representative said “nowhere on the site does it say plans include unlimited data”, even though the plans are called unlimited and clearly at the bottom of their plan page it says what I mentioned in my earlier comment about data being slowed to 64 kbps or cut off.
I am posting a link here of Google’s last web crawl of their page which was done on April 5th. It’s possible that by the time this link gets viewed by others, Google will show an updated page. However, on April 5th, all that it said about data was that “Data: High speed data per 30 day cycle. After allotted data amount, your data speed will be reduced to as low as 64 Kbps for the remainder of the 30-day cycle.” No mention of stopping or cutting off data once the high speed allotment is used up. Those words were just added to the site in the past few days. I suspect they will have quite a few angry customers about this. I will have to update the article and plans to reflect this.

Thanks they told me the same and wouldn’t provide refund even though their site is/was wrong. Glad I was testing this out before porting my number!
