Tello Mobile Launches Summer Deal: 10GB for $10/Month for 3 Months

Tello Mobile has launched a new summer promotion that drops the price of its 10GB plan to $10/month for the first three months of service.

The offer is available to new customers and to existing Tello customers who add a new line to their account. It is scheduled to remain available through June 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

The discounted plan includes 10GB of data, unlimited talk and text, hotspot, Wi-Fi calling, and eSIM activation. After the first three months, the plan renews at its standard rate of $15/month.

How Good Is This Deal?

At $10/month, this promo temporarily puts Tello’s 10GB plan at the same price as its regular 2GB unlimited talk and text plan. For the first three months, customers are getting five times the data for the same base price. The savings amount to $5/month, or $15 total over the three-month promo period. Tello has offered more aggressive promos earlier in the year. In January, Tello offered its 50GB plan for $10/month for six months, and in April it ran a tax refund promo offering three months of its Unlimited plan for $30.

Still, this is one of the cheapest promotional monthly plan offers on T-Mobile's network to contain at least 10GB of data. Boost Mobile offers 30GB for $10/month if you can get it on T-Mobile's network and Lyca Mobile has a promo with 18GB for $7.50/month.

Tello keeps coming back with short-term promos because the prepaid market remains highly competitive, and the carrier has to stay visible against both independent MVNOs and carrier-owned prepaid brands.

Although this is not as aggressive as their earlier in the year offers, it is still a solid deal for light-to-moderate data users. The 10GB plan is enough data for many people who spend most of their time on Wi-Fi but still want a cushion for maps, music, messaging, email, and some video use while away from home.

The deal's biggest limitation is that it is only available for new lines. Existing Tello customers with a current line cannot simply switch into the deal. But for someone looking to test Tello on T-Mobile’s network, or for an existing customer adding a line for a family member, $10/month for 10GB is a low-risk way to try it out.
