The Total by Verizon offers are available online through the Total by Verizon website. Fortunately they don't have too much red tape.
Straight Talk's $49 iPhone SE And Other Holiday Offer Details
The $49 3rd gen iPhone SE offer will be available at Walmart through 11/26. It does require in-store activation. No specific plans are advertised as being required to get it. However, there is a limit of two devices allowed per customer, and it's not available for family plans.
The $99 iPhone SE direct from the Straight Talk website requires the purchase of an unlimited plan priced $45 or higher.

Total by Verizon's $99.99 Google Pixel 6a offer doesn't look like it has any red tape. It appears to be available for new and current customers at that price. It can be financed for as low as $4.17/month. It can be bundled with any service plan offered by Total by Verizon.
The free Samsung Galaxy A13 5G offer only has a small amount of fine print. In order to get the device for free, you must port your number to Total by Verizon.

Total by Verizon's $50 and $60 plans both include unlimited high-speed data at up to 5G data speeds. However, the $50 plan is not advertised as having access to Verizon's 5G Ultra Wideband network, it's fastest 5G network, whereas the $60 plan does. The $50 plan also only has 10GB of hotspot and a 6-month subscription to Disney+, compared to 20GB of hotspot on the $60 plan with a Disney+ subscription that will remain active for as long as you are on the plan.
