This promotion will run during the following times:

A non refundable $25 Top Up is required to cover overages. If, and only if, the Top-Up balance reaches $0, another $25 auto Top Up will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Overages will be at the rate of 4¢ per unit of talk, text and data (overage data will be full speed).

How To Get On The Upgrade List:
Upgrade list will open after close of second Flash at 5:00PM Pacific on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. There will be one list for both Member+ and non-Member+ subscribers.
It will be available at https://promos.ringplus.net/upgrades-lists.html.
Member+
RingPlus will upgrade the number of Member+ Members on the upgrade list equal to 75% of the new lines activated on Phoenix during this promotion period.
Non-Member+
RingPlus will upgrade the number of non-Member+ Members on the upgrade list equal to 20% of the new lines activated on Phoenix during this promotion period.
