Red Pocket Mobile has launched a new refer a friend customer referral program. The refer a friend customer program will give current subscribers who refer a friend to the provider up to a $25 account credit. Those who signup through a friend will also receive an account credit. Current subscribers can find their unique referral code to share inside their online account dashboard.
In order for a current subscriber to earn a referral account credit, they must be an active subscriber on a monthly plan and in good standing. Subscribers cannot refer themselves by adding additional lines to their account. Referred lines must come from another carrier at activation. A maximum of $500 can be earned in referrals per year.
To claim a referral credit, subscribers will be notified by email when their referee activates service and replenishes their account for their second month of service. Referral credits can only be earned after the referee pays for their second month. The email will contain a link that MUST BE CLICKED ON in order to claim the credit and have it applied to their account. Account credits will not automatically be applied to an account otherwise. It may take up to 6 weeks before the credit gets applied to the subscriber's account. If the referee chooses a plan that costs less than $30 the current subscriber will receive an account credit equal to that amount. So if the referee signs up for a $10 plan the current subscriber will receive a $10 account credit.
Those new to Red Pocket who signup for service through a referral link will receive $7.50 off their first month of service for any plan costing less than $30. For plans over $30, subscribers will receive $25 off their first month of service.
The referral program is only valid for monthly plans, not for multi-month or annual plans. Red Pocket Mobile reserves the right to void referral credits if it determines one of the following conditions to be true:
- Ineligibility of any program participant
- Fraudulent activation
- if Red Pocket Mobile, in its sole discretion, finds that you have violated any of the program's terms and conditions.
Red Pocket Mobile also reserves the right to void a referral credit for other reasons not explicitly stated.
