Mint Mobile's buy three months get three months free offer is once again back for Black Friday. This is the fourth consecutive year that Mint Mobile has run this offer. However, last year the offer first became available in stores including Target and Best Buy in early October before later going live on the Mint Mobile website in November.
Mint Mobile Black Friday 2023 Offer Fine Print
This offer offer is restricted to new customers only. A new customer is considered someone who has not had active service with Mint within the last 90 days including trial customers. The offer is not stackable with other offers from Mint Mobile.
The official running dates for this offer are 11/12/23 - 12/30/23. However, 11/12/23 was a soft launch date with the offer available only through a handful of Mint Mobile partners but was not marketed on the Mint Mobile website. The offer launched officially everywhere, including on the Mint Mobile website on 11/20/23.
Customers that buy any three-month plan from Mint Mobile will get an additional three months of service for free on the same plan. Customers that buy a plan must activate it within 45 days of purchase or they will forfeit the offer.
The following plan options are available as part of the buy one get one free deals.
- $45 total - 5GB monthly high-speed data, works out to an average cost of $7.5/month
- $60 total - 15GB monthly high-speed data, works out to an average cost of $10/month
- $75 total - 20GB monthly high-speed data, works out to an average cost of $12.50/month
- $90 total - 40GB of monthly high-speed data, works out to an average cost of $15/month
Mint Mobile plans feature unlimited calls, texts, and data usage. For each plan, there's a set amount of data that can be used at up to 5G data speeds, after which the speed is reduced to 2G. The only exception is the 40GB plan where data speeds get reduced to 512Kbps after the high-speed allotment has been reached.
Additionally, these plans come with unlimited calling to Mexico and Canada. Mobile hotspot usage is allowed up to the full high-speed data limit of each plan, except for the 40GB plan, where hotspot usage is capped at 10GB. Video streaming on that plan is also limited to 480p.
In addition to the buy three months get three months free offer, Mint is also running a buy one 3-month plan get another 3-month plan for another line for free. This offer requires porting two numbers in from either Verizon or AT&T.
