Best Buy is currently discounting the no contract Nokia Lumia 640 to $59.99, regular price is $79.99. The phone is designed for use with ATT and ATT MVNO’s and may require 6 months of active service on a GoPhone plan before it can be unlocked and used on another GSM providers such as T-Mobile.
