Xfinity Mobile has frequently offered cashback in the form of a prepaid card with the purchase of an iPhone.  The latest iteration of the deal now includes $250 cashback with the purchase of a new iPhone 11 series device among other available iPhones sold by the Verizon powered MVNO.

Xfinity Mobile $250 Cashback Offer Details And Fine Print

This offer is scheduled to be available until 10/27/19 or while supplies last.  It requires activation of a new Xfinity Mobile line with port-in from another carrier within 30 days of ordering a qualifying iPhone.  The customer must then maintain their Xfinity Mobile line and account in good standing for a minimum of 90 days following line activation.  If the conditions are met, a Visa Prepaid Card issued by MetaBank will be mailed to the Xfinity account holder on record within 16-18 weeks of activation.  The prepaid card expires 180 days after issue.  A maximum of $1,250 in prepaid cards will be issued per account.

Samsung Galaxy Series Cashback Offer

If you're not an iPhone fan, the same cashback offer is available to those interested in a Samsung Galaxy device.  This offer has been available since February, although it may have disappeared on occasion.  The latest iteration of this deal now includes $250 back on the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Note 10, Note 10+, and Samsung Galaxy A50 in addition to Samsung Galaxy S8 flagship devices and newer.  This offer has a different expiration date than the iPhone offer and is set to end on 9/30/2019.

Eligible Xfinity Mobile Phone Plans

All Xfinity Mobile phone plans are eligible for both $250 cashback offers.  Xfinity Mobile offers two types of phone plans, customers can choose a By-The-Gig shared data plan or an unlimited plan.

By-The-Gig shared data plans are priced as follows:

  • $12/month - 1GB data
  • $30/month - 3GB data
  • $60/month - 10GB data

Customers can have up to 5 lines on a By-The-Gig shared data plan at no extra charge.  That means you could get 5 lines with 10GB of total shared data for $60/month.

An unlimited data plan is also available priced at $45/line.  The plan includes unlimited data with the first 20GB of data at 4G LTE data speeds before throttling to a maximum of 1.5Mbps download and 750kbps upload.  Video streams are limited to a maximum resolution of 480p.  The By-The-Gig plan options have video streaming at a default resolution of 720p.

Taxes and fees are extra and not included in the prices shown.  Mobile hotspot is supported and allowed with both plan types.

Xfinity Mobile is only available to those customers who are also subscribed to either Xfinity Internet, Xfinity TV or Xfinity Landline Phone service.
