RingPlus will be running a yet to be named flash promo starting on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 5 PM PST and it will last until 9 PM PST.
RingPlus will allow its members to decide on the plan's name. Members can simply tweet what they think the plan name should be to RingPlus using the following format "The free cell plan @ringplusmobile should be named (insert a name)." RingPlus will then choose the plan name from one of the most popular tweets.
Plan Details
The yet to be named plan will offer 3000 minutes, 3000 texts, and 3000 MB of 4G LTE data free of charge. Subscribers to the plan will also be asked to choose from one and only add on from the following two options:
- Tethering for $10/year or
- 500 MB and 250 MMS for free each month
A $25 top up is required to cover any overages you may incur with the plan. The top up will be billed to your account at signup and at any time your account balance reaches $0. Overages will be billed at $12.99 per GB of data. Talk, text and MMS picture message overages will be billed at 5¢ each.
RingPlus also has a social requirement to sign up for this plan. Upon signing up for the plan, you must connect your RingPlus account to your Twitter account.
Porting in is free during the promotional signup period instead of the usual $6.99.
