Republic Wireless has just launched a promotion that it is marketing as a back to school sale.  The promotion is focused on offering 3 months of 3GB of data each month, free of charge with the purchase of either a Moto E4 or Moto G6.  Both devices come with the inclusion of a free portable battery.

Promotional Plan And Phone Bundle Explained

The Moto E4 bundle includes a Ventev white powercell 2600 mAh portable battery and 3 months of 3GB of 4G LTE data for $99.  The included battery pack is valued at $20 can be used to recharge your phone or any other devices you may have.  The Moto E4 is regularly sold for $129.

The Moto G6 bundle includes all of the same things as the Moto E4 bundle but it is priced at $199.99.  The Moto G6 is the more premium phone between the two, which explains the price difference.  The Moto G6 is regularly sold for $249.

No matter which offer you are interested in, you'll have to pay for unlimited talk and text to get the free 3GB of data.  Republic Wireless charges $15/month for unlimited talk and text.  Taxes and fees cost extra.  The phones are sold unlocked so that you can more easily move them to another carrier if you are unhappy with their service.

In order to quality for the promotion you'll have to purchase either device by 11:59 PM EST August 10, 2018.  The phones must then be activated on the network by 9/30/2018 or the option to get free data will be forfeited.  Both phone offers are subjected to availability and supplies could run out before the promotional August 10th end date.  Republic Wireless says the promotion will run again between August 26th and September 7th.

Once the free 3 months of data is up, Republic Wireless will charge you an additional $15/month to keep the data.  Your phone bill will then be $30/month plus taxes and fees for unlimited talk and text with 3GB of data.  You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.  Republic Wireless charges $5 per 1GB of data.  So if you just want an unlimited talk and text plan with 1GB of data you'd pay $20/month.
