- This plan includes 36GB of data at up to 5G data speeds before throttling. Helium Mobile does not disclose what their throttled data speeds are in their terms and conditions. It’s possible they could be too slow to use. Previous incarnations of this plan included throttled data speeds of about 1Mbps which would be slow but usable for a variety of tasks.
