Since I received the new Sim card for the byop to Verizon I haven’t had any phone service for 15 days now. I have called and spent hours on the phone daily doing the repeated trouble shooting steps and still no service. WTH? I’m fed up

They DO NOT HAVE eSIM capability!!! If you want to use a NEW iPhone you purchased, be careful!!! eSIM is not available!!!
