      How Nebula Wireless Plans Work

Nebula Wireless is no longer in business. The MVNO ceased operations in August 2023. This page remains available for you to read for historical purposes.

Nebula Wireless formally launched services in January of 2023. It operates as an MVNO of T-Mobile.

Switching to Nebula Wireless requires you to bring your own phone. There are no contracts or activation fees. Taxes and fees do cost extra with each plan.

Customers who subscribe to Nebula Wireless’s most premium & expensive plan will get a free streaming media perk paid for by Nebula. Nebula calls this Perk+.

Perk+ offers include Netflix Basic (with ads), Plex Pass, Discovery+, Paramount+, Peacock Premium, AppleTV+, and MGM+. To claim a streaming media perk, subscribers will have to send a copy of their streaming media bill to Nebula to get a bill credit added to their account that is equal to the cost of the streaming service. Only one Perk+ bill credit can be claimed per line. If you have multiple lines in your account you can claim a credit for each line.

There’s also an offer available exclusive to students. Students get Spotify/Showtime/Hulu with ads and/or Tidal for students.

First responders, those in the military, and educators have an additional perk to claim. If you fall into one of those categories you’ll get a free AAA Basic annual subscription.

Nebula Wireless does offer a refer a friend program. Subscribers who refer a friend will get a $10 credit after 60 days of active service.

This company turned out to be a scam.
As of two weeks ago, the website says they have been acquired by this another company called Privatel.org which says it was founded in 2008 but lol… the privatel.org was only registered two months ago, when you search for domain details.
Users can no longer log into their accounts. Per website, it will be suspending operations with last date as Oct 1st 2023 and asks everyone to email them for Port out details.

Whoever funded them via indiegogo or Kickstarter essentially paid exuberant prices for 6 months of service. The founders themselves have deleted their online presence from Twitter, Discord, Insta etc.

I think Stetson you need to update this article… and highlight the fraud/scam these people are.
