Google Fi has launched a new promo giving you its Simply Unlimited plan for 50% off when you bring your own device. This means you'll pay just $25/month—the same price point that carrier-owned prepaid brands have begun to aggressively target to single-line customers seeking a truly unlimited 5G data plan and probably the reason why Google Fi had to launch this promo. However, unlike the carrier owned prepaid brands, Google Fi's discounts don't just end with single lines. They are offering tremendous savings to multi-line subscribers as well.

- 1-line - $25/month
- 2-lines - $40/month
- 3-lines - $45/month
- 4-lines - $50/month
- 5-lines - $62.50/month
- 6-lines - $75/month
Taxes and fees cost extra.
In my opinion, this is now the best offer on the market for customers with three or more lines that don't need truly unlimited 5G data, and it is a really exceptional offer for two line customers. You'll soon see it in my list of the cheapest phone plans as the best option for families.
Plan Features
The Simply Unlimited plan includes:
- Priority data
- 35GB of high-speed 5G data before throttling to 256Kbps
- 5GB of hotspot data
- 480p video streaming cap
- Unlimited texting to 200+ destinations
- Full roaming in Canada and Mexico
- Connectivity for select Android smartwatches
Google Fi operates on the T-Mobile network, with roaming on UScellular. However, T-Mobile's acquisition of UScellular is expected to close soon, effectively consolidating coverage under one network.
Promotion Terms and Fine Print
This promotion is exclusively for new customers who bring their own phones to the network. If you are going to take advantage of the multi-line pricing each additional line must also be BYOD. Google Fi defines new customers as someone who has either never had Fi service or someone whose last day of service was over 180 days ago. The 50% off discount will come by the way of 24 monthly bill credits.
The offer cannot be combined with other device promotions. However, you will be able to keep the plan discount if you later decide to purchase a phone from Google Fi at full price or if you want to switch to another device.
Google Fi does offer a free 7-day trial to new customers. Unfortunately, if you take that trial you will not be eligible for this promotion. Customers that wish to suspend their accounts or change to another plan will void any promotional credits they may have remaining.
This is a limited time promotion set to expire on March 14, 2025 at 9:59 AM PST or "while supplies last."
