Simple Mobile has not updated all of the terms of service for its new plans, but it is probably safe to assume that the unlimited LTE data does get prioritized after a set amount of LTE data gets consumed. BestMVNO.com believes that number will be around 25 GB, the same as T-Mobile's. Prioritized data means that once you consume a certain amount of data, during times of heavy network traffic your speed may be temporarily slowed until traffic on the network calms down.
In regards to the international calling feature, Simple Mobile's terms state the following:
"Each account is allowed to dial up to 15 unique international telephone numbers during a 30-day plan cycle, which resets each time a new plan is redeemed. Unlimited international calls are available to landline and mobile numbers in select destinations only, which are subject to change at any time. Calls must originate from the US, Puerto Rico or Mexico."
Previously Simple Mobile plans were structured in such a way that there were nationwide calling plans, and Extended nation plans which included international calling features. The new plans are a merging of the previous ones with overall better pricing.
