I just got a brand new never used Samsung S10. TW confirmed that it was compatibale. I purchased my SIM card (even though I just read I didnt need one) and called to switch the line over. My phone took calls for about 10 minutes. Then I get an error that my phone cant switch carriers and my phone dies. I have a great history with TW as I call them 3 times and the last phone call ended with them resetting my old phone back for usage. No one seems to know what to do to fix my phone. Im thinking of leaving TW even though I have been with you guys for years!. No one can make my brand new phone, never used, work with TW.
