I can't give this plan a good recommendation. Although it's feature packed, most people should skip it as it's too expensive and most people will not be able to take enough advantage of the added features for it to be worthwhile.
Potential use case: If you spend most of your time traveling year after year, and/or want to try and use the generous mobile hotspot allowance for a scaled down home internet replacement, you may find some value here.
