Do I keep my old phone number if I change to your plan?

I have a Moto G model #XT1925-2 . Do you support that?

You need to figure that out by googleing your phone Make and model and reading what bands it supports
Alternatively you can take your phone to sprint store and see if they can check that for you.
For any phones to be able to work on a different provider 3 things need to happen
1) The phone needs to be able to support the bands / frequencies that the New Provider operates on.

2) You’re phone needs to be unlocked, Phones are network locked so users cannot use a device a different provider’s network. This can be unlocked if you purchased the phone and paid in full or if you no longer owe money on the device. See old providers unlock policy.

3) Clear ESN … this is a process by which stolen phones and phones that are financed but not paid in full are blacklisted so nobody can use them.
Where are websites when you can check to make sure the phone is not black listed.
