My Recommendation:
This plan is inline with the MVNO industry rate for unlimited talk and text. Only a very small number of options are available that are cheaper, and most plans in this price range with unlimited talk and text are annual plans. If you are happy with committing to service for a full year then I can recommend it. However, for an extra dollar or two a month you may find a plan that is more flexible and doesn't require a 12-month commitment.
