How TruConnect Plans Work
TruConnect was launched in 2011. The wireless provider primarily focuses on low-income users who qualify for Lifeline and the former ACP program. They also offer prepaid plans to customers who do not qualify for those programs.
TruConnect operates as a T-Mobile MVNO. They have a small number of branded stores in the state of California. They have authorized dealers in California and Puerto Rico. Their standard prepaid offerings primarily cater to BYOD customers.
Supported Phones And BYOD Devices
Any unlocked phone that is compatible with the T-Mobile network will be compatible with TruConnect. This includes Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Motorola, Google Pixel and many other phones.
