Keep in mind that if you are interested in any of the phone offers, the phones will be locked to Cricket Wireless for a period of 6-months of use on the network. So you cannot just buy a discounted Cricket phone to take to another carrier until after that time frame has passed and you request a phone unlock.

Update: Lady Red's Tech Reviews has done a live stream covering all the new phone deals from Cricket. You can check out the replay video below.

Cricket 4 Lines For $100 Offer

Last week Cricket updated it's $55 ($50 with autopay) unlimited everything plan to have faster data speeds. Previously it offered data speeds at a maximum of 3Mbps. Now the plan's top speeds tap out at 8Mbps. Cricket has offered a long-running deal for multi-lines on the plan. Subscribers can get 4 unlimited high-speed data lines for $100. Taxes and fees are included in the price. With the faster data speeds in place, this is a much better and more competitive offer than before. Of course, there are still a small number of prepaid providers out there that offer 4 lines of unlimited data for $100 with no speed restrictions. Metro-By-T-Mobile currently offers such a deal that also includes 4 free LG K51s. Verizon's Visible also offers 4 lines for $100.

Cricket's new free iPhone 7 offer is now the best deal on the market for that phone. Metro currently has it for $29.99 but it is an in-store only offer and customers will get the discount on the phone in the form of a rebate after 2 months of service. Boost Mobile also has an in-store only offer for $49.99. And Straight Talk Wireless is calling a $199.99 iPhone 7 offer a "hot deal."
