My Recommendation:
This plan does provide good value for the price. However, be aware, after taxes and fees, and depending on your location, the value of this plan compared to other options degrades significantly. Taxes and fees could kick this plan price up close to the $25/month price point where you can get plans with a lot more data, including truly unlimited high-speed data plans. At the $25 price point, you'll find some providers that include taxes and fees in their pricing. Therefore, I can't give this plan a strong recommendation.
