How Teltik Plans Work
Teltik is an authorized reseller of T-Mobile business plans.
All of the company’s cell phone plans include unlimited domestic roaming, and unlimited calls to and from Canada. Unlimited music streaming from select providers that does not count against your high speed 4G LTE data cap is available on all plans. Similarly, unlimited video streaming (Binge-On) from select providers that doesn’t count against your high-speed data cap , Mobile Hotspot, Visual Voicemail, WiFi Calling, and rollover data are available on qualifying plans.
Placing your first order with Teltik will give you free access to a PBX (Private Branch Exchange) cloud-phone system. The cloud-phone system will get you a new dedicated business phone number that will work on your mobile device, computer, and office phone. Some other features included with the PBX are a customized virtual receptionist that will greet your client and present them with their options (“for sales, press 1” and so on); the ability to easily re-route calls to cellphones or other extensions; simple, user-friendly online management for voicemail and other features.
Teltik is fully US based – located in the NY/NJ area – and offers 24 hour customer care. Teltik’s sign-up process is simple and user-friendly. Teltik also claims to offer record-timing activation in which the end user is up and running with their number ported over in under an hour.
Supported Phones And BYOD Devices
Teltik supports T-Mobile compatible phones as long as they have no contractual obligations on them. Unlocked phones from AT&T are also compatible. Universally unlocked phones from manufacturer’s such as Motorola and Samsung are compatible with the network. Teltik has a limited selection of phones available for purchase.
